Shipping policy

At Haus & Garten, we know you're eager to get your hands on your new tools — and we don't believe in making you wait. Every order ships with free standard shipping, and we offer faster paid options at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

Processing Time

We process and ship orders around the clock from our facility in Eugene, Oregon. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

All delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

We do not ship internationally at this time. Our products are also available through our Amazon Storefront if you are looking for additional purchasing options.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime at our Order Tracking page.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package every order with care, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we want to make it right. Please contact us at support@hausandgarten.com within 90 days of your expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (such as spring gardening season and the winter holidays), carrier delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We'll always do our part to get your order out the door on time, and we recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Returns

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. Simply email us at support@hausandgarten.com and we'll take care of you. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
