Refund policy

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 90 days from the day you purchased to receive a 100% refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't guarantee a refund or exchange.

All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at support@hausandgarten.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will review your request and if you qualify provide a Return Authorization number and a return shipping address.

In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order, please contact us right away. We will arrange for a pickup or refund you all return shipping charges after we receive the product back into our warehouse.

All returned items must be pre-authorized and sent back to us. After we verify the returned item(s) we will send a refund or replacement.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds processed through credit card transactions may take 5-7 business days to post to a bank statement, as this is dependent on the financial institution and not on Haus & Garten's merchant provider.

Shipping:

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for authorized returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
